My Exit Strategy

1.  I think I would sell my idea, I don't have a strong connection to this industry and it's become more of a hassle or a chore.  I don't look forward to working on this product at all.  I would probably sell my product idea to Publix or a grocery store that has fresh ingredients that they prepare for consumers.

2.  I want out!  I have done everything I can and every-time I revisit my product I am exhausted and uninspired.  I think I have more of the "idea maker" or "inventor" mindset.  I like moving on to future  projects.

3.  I haven't really thought about my exit strategy before this. It hasn't really influenced me on my decisions. I guess if anything it has pushed me to come up with a product that doesn't need much improvements.

  1. Hi Bridget. I am wondering if you considered changing your industry idea after the first couple of assignments to take a more interesting route. You said you have more of the "idea maker" or "inventor" mindset so you could have come up with something more creative to tweak your original idea. I'm sorry you've given up so easily but I wish you luck on coming up with a product that doesn't need much improvement. Here is my Exit Strategy blog.

  2. Hi Bridget,
First I want to say that I love your sloth picture, it's so cute and it fits this assignment very well! Second, I think I have to agree with the above comment poster Christina. Since you do have that "inventor" mindset you should switch projects/ideas/ventures each time to explore many different options. I wish I was like you and could just think of new things each time, but I'm really not that creative so it would be a huge struggle for me. I like that you would sell your idea too. For my venture, I would keep it with my family but if they decided they didn't want it then they could sell it. I just wouldn't be able to sell my venture knowing my family could potentially want it and benefit from it.
